There are so many juice plans and recipes out there to choose from and I often have people asking me which ones are the best. I cannot answer this question because it comes down to personal taste. Some juices I love and make again and again and others I have had once and not really liked. I have also left ingredients I know I don’t like out of them or added something else to it instead. Here are a few of my personal favourites that I have found on various juice plans or online.
1/3 lime (skin off)
2 peaches or nectarines
Half a medium pineapple
Half a honeydew melon
1 ice cube.
Juice the lime, peaches, pineapple and melon. Pour into blender with the banana and ice cube and blend!
And my favourite recipe from the juice plan I completed last year:
1/4 Medium Pineapple (peeled)
1 Apple (most people prefer golden delicious for this but I prefer the tangy taste of a braeburn)
1 Large Handful of Spinach
1 Small bulb raw beetroot with ends removed. (Always raw. Never never cooked!)
1 Handful Mixed Berries (fresh or frozen)
1/2 Banana (I tend to chuck the whole thing in)
3 Ice cubes.
Juice the pineapple, apple, spinach and beetroot. add the banana, berries, extracted juice and ice to the blender and blend.
